How our coverage works

We run four offices around the metroplex rather than one depot on its edge, which is the whole reason same-day calls are realistic across an area this size. The Preston Road and Oak Lawn offices cover Dallas and the cities west and south of it, Plano takes most of Collin and Denton counties, and Rockwall covers the eastern side out toward Kaufman and Hunt.

Call any of them. Whoever picks up can tell you which crew is nearest and what the day looks like, and they will give you a price before anyone drives out.

When to call

Phones are answered Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm. A swarm hanging in the open is the cheap call and the easy one, and it usually will not wait more than a day or two before the bees move into a wall. A colony already inside a structure is not an emergency in the same way, but it does not improve with time either: comb gets heavier, the cavity gets wider, and what was a morning's work becomes a repair job.

Outside the list below?

The cities below are the ones we are asked about most, not a boundary. We travel further for established colonies and commercial work, and we keep pages for Austin, Houston and San Antonio because we are called down there often enough to warrant them. If your town is not listed, phone and ask.

Every removal is a live removal wherever it can safely be done: the colony comes out alive, goes to our own apiary, and the structural work is guaranteed in writing for five years.
